ToasterShare respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we respond.

1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that content on ToasterShare infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including:

• Your name and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Direct link (URL) to the infringing material
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature

2. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content, notify the user, and take further action if necessary.

3. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights may be suspended or permanently banned.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We may restore the content if appropriate under applicable law.

5. Abuse and false claims

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in liability. Only submit notices if you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Platform role

ToasterShare acts as a storage and sharing platform. We do not actively monitor all uploaded content, but we respond to valid legal requests and enforce our policies.
